Organizational Structure

Second Chance is run by a board and supported by a group of volunteers in Romania and abroad. From the beginning, Second Chance has benefited from cooperation between expatriates and Romanians. Current president of the organisation, Cosmina Pandele, grew up in Berceni and maintains a close connection to both the families and authorities of the community. Board members from different educational and professional backgrounds uphold the professional handling of finances, communications and project management.
